EVERY cellular unit, organ, & body system
has its counterpart in what we call... THE PLANT.

Have you ever heard the saying "You Are What You Eat?"  Our Father in Heaven was thinking of US, when He created the foods we would feed our bodies with.  EVERY fruit & vegetable / food that came from our maker - is a healing food in some way.  ALL of them!  And they all work together to make your entire body healthy.  However, there are certain foods that actually TARGET their "matching" body parts.

Take a look at just a FEW of these beautiful & amazing examples:
 

A Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... And YES, science shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine (which means... RED) and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in an oblong cluster that has the shape of the heart & lungs. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.  They are indeed very helpful in supporting lung function.  (Lungs are oblong oval shaped 'balloons')

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. The wrinkle on the nut are just like the neo-cortex.  Walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans actually heal & help maintain KIDNEY function.  How cool is THAT!?!?

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough natural sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Avocados target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female. They balance hormones, help shed unwanted birth weight, and prevent cervical cancers. And how profound is this!? - - - They look just like a womb, & it takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit!!! 

Figs are full of seeds and "hang in twos" when they grow.  Hello, duh!  Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the number of sperm to overcome male sterility. 

Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics & help the pancreas to support the body's ability to process & break down sugars the correct way.

Onions look like the body's cells.  Onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

Garlic also eliminates waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.  

A mushroom sliced in half looks like a human ear.  Adding them to your diet in quantity improves hearing function & quality.

Ginger = Stomach = Nausea = Enough Said!  (I remember my own mom giving me ginger snaps whenever I got car sick.)   

Citrus Fruits = Help to inhibit the development of cancer in human breast cells.  Cut one in half & notice the details & specific similarities in the shape & details inside AND out.  

HEADS of lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, & other leafy greens...  They're all good for head/brain health!  They prevent cancer.  They improve brain function.  They're amazing!

3rd day of the Creation:  This is the day in which “the Gods organized the earth to bring forth” grass and herbs and plants and trees; and it is the day in which vegetation in all its varied forms actually came forth from the seeds planted by the Creators. This is the day when the decree went forth that grass, herbs, and trees could each grow only from “its own seed,” and that each could in turn bring forth only after its own “kind.” And thus the bounds of the plant and vegetable kingdoms were set by the hands of those by whom each varied plant and tree was made.

And so the Lord says that he created “every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew. … And I, the Lord God, had created all the children of men; and not yet a man to till the ground; for in heaven created I them.” (Moses 3:5.) Clearly he is speaking of the pre-mortal existence of all things. This earth, all men, animals, fish, fowls, plants, all things—all lived first as spirit entities. Their home was heaven, and the earth was created to be the place where they could take upon themselves mortality.


All things” were created as spirit entities in heaven; then “all things” were created in a paradisiacal state upon the earth; that is, “spiritually were they created,” for there was as yet no death. They had spiritual bodies made of the elements of the earth.

Adam & Eve began life in the GARDEN of Eden.  There is such a significance to plant life & vegetation.  It is here for a reason! 

Did Heavenly Father intend for us to fill our bodies with Sugared Treats, Potato Chips, Microwave Dinners, & Lifeless Refined Devitalized Artificial Dead foods?

I do not believe so.
